I have worked as an independent consultant for McGraw-Hill Education since 2014, doing work in several departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

From 2014-2017, I managed an online community of teachers for the Professional Development department. I also performed content writing and editing for this department.

From 2015-2018, I performed content development work for the Sales department, creating courses and designing assessments for their educational consultants within the Desire2Learn / BrightSpace LMS. I continue to manage a small team of content developers within the Sales team.

Since 2017, I have worked with their Redbird Professional Learning team to provide analytical data reports to school districts throughout the country.

SALES TEAM

I performed many tasks for the Sales Team in my three-year tenure with that department, including development of a Professional Learning Environment for educational consultants both within McGraw-Hill and for consultants working in the UAE.

Per the client’s request, I developed a SurveyMonkey survey to be given to customers to rate the educational consultants’ performance in the field. I created an Access database with custom reports to track the survey results (see left; name has been removed). I continue to maintain updates to the survey reporting system as needed.
